Quilting Retreat Rental is available for selected dates.

Prices start at:

  • Each night rental includes sleeping accomodations for 8 & space for quilting, sewing, creative activities.
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • The per night rate is $600/night, and requires a three night minimum to reserve.
    • (10 night maximum per reservation)
  • A deposit of $750 is required to confirm reservations
    • The full balance for a reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A cleaning/security deposit of $250 is also required. This is refundable if/when your group leaves the Mountain Mermade home and creative area in good & clean condition (nothing beyond normal wear & tear).
    • The cleaning deposit can also be rolled forward toward your next reservation confirmation, if applicable and directed to Mountain Mermade by group representative.
  • Any changes to check-in/check-out dates, you will need to call Mountain Mermade to make changes to your arrangements. All feasible efforts will be made to accommodate the needs and desires of your group reservation.

Pet/Children Policy

  • This is a pet-free retreat. Pets are not allowed in the home or the creative space. No exceptions.
    • A $1000 fee will be charged if we discover pets have been in the home.
  • Retreat guests must be 18 years or older.

Smoking Policy

  • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed in the home or on the property.
  • If you desire to smoke, vape or use e-cigarettes, you must do so on the public sidewalks on Main St. or 500 South.
  • Please dispose of all cigarette butts, cartridges properly and respectfully.
  • Thank you for respecting our home and our desires to maintain a smoke-free environment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our small business relies on advanced reservations. Cancellations less than 90 days before a scheduled arrival significantly reduce our ability to rebook those dates with other guests. Therefore, a strict cancellation policy is necessary.
  • When booking, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to complete your reservation booking. The full remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel within 90 days of your date of arrival, the $500 deposit will become non-refundable. Any payments made in excess of that deposit will also be non-refundable, but can be credited toward a future reservation
    • The future reservation must be made within 30 days of cancellation, and must be within 12 calendar months from the check in date of the original check-in date that was reserved.
